Invigilator needed for exams
posted 07th Mar < back to all newsThe Spring end of Semester exams will take place from Tuesday, 3rd May to Monday, 16th May 2011 inclusive.
Would any postgraduates interested in invigilating for these exams please reply confirming the following details:
Your availability for the duration of exams
The department in which you are working
Your contact telephone number
Previous experience of invigilating at UL (if any)
Your student ID number
Please state in writing that you have permission from your supervisor and also include his/her name in your reply.
If you teach on a module or need to be present at an examination to answer student questions then you will not be allowed to invigilate that exam. Please list the module codes in advance.
Please reply only if you are available for the full duration. CHANGES TO ROSTERS CANNOT BE MADE ONCE ISSUED
Only full time research postgraduates and postgraduates who do not have a fixed term teaching contract with the University are eligible to invigilate.
Please note: As the final exam timetable is not available until week 11, we will not be in a position to notify you until week 12 (11th – 15th April) as to whether you will be required for the May exams.
